Email Assistant Terms of Service
Scope and operator
These terms apply to LearnWithLucky Email Assistant, operated by Lucky Mkosana under LearnWithLucky. They do not replace a separate agreement for coaching or other services. Questions can be sent to holamalala@gmail.com.
Authorized use
The assistant is for Lucky and expressly authorized operators. It is not open for public account registration. Only connect an account you own or have permission to administer. You are responsible for obtaining any consent needed to process another person's information, including information about minors.
What the assistant does
Connected workflows help organize email, identify tasks, prepare drafts and support related calendar and document work. Features depend on the permissions you grant and the services available. The assistant does not send email. Lucky reviews drafts and sends messages separately. Granting a Google permission does not authorize every possible action permitted by that scope.
Human review
AI summaries, extracted tasks and drafts can contain errors or omit important details. Check the original message, dates, recipients and document contents before relying on an output. The assistant is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical or professional advice and does not guarantee a recruiting, employment or business outcome.
Data and privacy
Use of connected data is described in the Privacy Policy. Selected content may be processed by configured AI providers. Do not connect an account if you are not permitted to use those providers for its information. Do not upload passwords, access tokens or unnecessary sensitive information.
Acceptable use
Do not use the assistant for unauthorized account access, spam, harassment, fraud, unlawful activity or violation of another person's rights. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or expose private correspondence. Access may be suspended to address misuse or a security risk.
Availability and third parties
The assistant depends on Google and other providers. Access can fail, permissions can expire, and features may change or be discontinued. No uninterrupted availability or error free output is promised. Third party services have their own terms.
Ending access
You can revoke access in Google Account connections and request deletion of assistant held records at holamalala@gmail.com. Revoking access does not delete original Google messages or documents. Retention and deletion limitations are explained in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and applicable rights
Updates to these terms will appear on this page. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived. Stop using the assistant if you do not agree to its current terms.
